SKIN CARE – REGULAR SPRING CLEANING FOR THE SKIN

Introduction
Let me just say that from a professional point of view, talking on skin care is not truly my forte. But, as a fresh-faced beauty, I can only speak from the heart, not so. While I’m sharing my personal thoughts on the matter of skin care, considering the natural, organic alternatives, there are some notes I’ve picked up along the way and which I will be sharing with you here. What prompted me to write a post on what I’d like to term spring cleaning for the skin? Well, first of all, I was asked to do a few articles on a professional level.

Previously; on fire and water
I never delivered them. I was just so scared at the time. I had no idea what to write. Needless to say, I did damage to my reputation as a writer trying to earn her keep, but my misdeed is something that can be fixed. It will just take time to repair the damage done. The same goes for repairing damaged skin. But the fact remains is that if you turn to organic skin care ingredients today, you are likely to have more success over time. There will be a lot more focus on water-based products and there will also be more talk about staying out of the sun at the most dangerous time of the day.

And still more water
Undoubtedly, water is good for our health and skin. Just by drinking the recommended daily dose of water every day, you can truly make your skin glow. Here is an interesting thought. Ever recall having those hot and bothered days when you were feeling just so tired and famished? Do you remember what you ate during the day, and did you drink enough water. Chances are good that you didn’t. The less water consumed, the more tired the skin becomes too. Still the best and most natural way to keep your skin glowing and fully hydrated is to drink your water.

Beauty sleep
I love eating, you know that already. But do you know what else I enjoy doing these days? Sleeping. Love it to bits. Previously, I used to suffer from heavy bouts of stress and anxiety, I wasn’t too healthy at the time, and would always look forward to crashing into bed. I was overworked and underpaid, still am some days, but I manage my clients and schedules better these days, and would be just so exhausted and fall asleep straight away. But, of course, not always. If you find yourself physically active for most of your day and get yourself off to bed at a reasonable hour, you’ll be enjoying a thoroughly good beauty sleep in the process. It replenishes body, soul and skin.

Fresh-faced beauty
To talk about regular reading and discovering new things, listen to this. This is news to me. I just discovered it before I started preparing this blog post. The acid in your fruit exfoliates your skin naturally. Yes, that’s right; you gently nourish your skin by rubbing the fruit across it. And don’t forget you can still eat your favorite fresh fruit. Water remains effective, but never use warm or hot water. It can lead to your skin becoming quite dry.
